Got this game for Christmas and played with the adult children in the family. It is a lot like Buzz Word and was a little harder than I anticipated. Play it with a variety of people so you have more subjects covered and can get more questions right!!

My daughter received this from my sister for her 9th Birthday. It's great fun for all ages. My daughter has had no trouble keeping up with the adults and has really enjoyed the stragizing part of the game. Not only is my daughter learning about Europe but it's been a wonderful way for the adults to learn all the new European countries that didn't exist when we were in school and learning about Europe.

I'm looking forward to getting the other 10 Days In ... games. This is definitely something we will be playing for many years.

The game is awesome; all great reviews are spot on. Just wanted to add that this game comes with the "Dark City" expansion, so that you don't need to buy it separately. It says this on the box, but it's too small to see from the product photo.

Memory Game - Dora the Explorer Edition

We purchased this game for my daughter's second birthday. It's a fun twist to the original memory and holds my daughter's attention because it's Dora but many of the pictures look the same which makes it hard for little ones to tell the difference. I am not sure how else they could have done it because there are only so many Dora characters...just an observation!

ThinkFun Math Dice

It seemed like it would be a fun and educational toy but it is very limiting. Until your kids can do exponentials and other high order math it is very limiting. There is only so much you can do with add, subtract and multiply. I also like more practical games where the kids can relate what they are doing to something.

Melissa & Doug Travel Memory Game

My daughter is 4 years old and has mastered this game superbly. She has learned and memorized every single card within a week. What Melissa & Doug need to do is to add more inserts for purchase. The flipping mechanism works great. I love this product. Wish I could buy more inserts.

This is another favourite in my house with myself, ds 6 and dd 9. Each player has a pile of cards to get rid of and there are two piles you can discard on. You have to match the colour, shapes, or number of shapes of the cards in your hand to the top card of one of the piles.

My son loves this game and is quite good at it. I love games that the youngest can play easily without a bunch of complicated rules.

Other plusses for this game are that it is very compact so it's easy to put in a backpack for a sleepover or road trip. It also comes in a sturdy metal case.

I Spy Memory Game

This is a fun game or the entire family. No reading is required. It's great for developing memory skills and requires kids to focus and pay attention if they want to do well. Our 5-year-old son had a ball and won the first game we played together and my husband and I enjoyed it as well. We liked that the matching cards are not exactly alike. You are looking for the same main object in the picture, but the backgrounds are different, which makes the game a bit more interesting and challenging than your basic memory game.
