Lovely toy. Nice kitty reactions. Good sound. Solf fur but wish there was padding underneath so it didn't feel so lumpy/hard.

First of all, please don't be offended by this review if you like Tamagotchis. Some people like them, some people don't. I'm one of the people that don't (but I used to like them). Anyway, I got my first one of these for Christmas. It was a Version 2 with red lips on it. I liked it for a while, and got a lot more (including 2 Version 3s). But exactly 365 days ago, one of my Tamagotchis turned into an old guy (the old guys are SOO ugly!). In case you don't know, they turn into old guys when you've had them for a while and it hasen't mated. Once you think about it, the whole "Tamagotchis can get married and have kids" thing is really gross, because:

This toy is amazing! It takes a while to learn how to play all the games. Especially the ones that you can play when it gets older. This toy is a great toy for kids. They will *Love* it! Just like i did. There is only one problem with it. If you drop it, it scratches pretty easily. So if u want it nice and unscratched. Don't drop it. But other than that. This toy is amazing!!

I really enjoyed this product when I first got it. after a while it gets boring. But since it started getting boring i took a break from it. It really helped because I started missing my tamagotchi, so then when I started playing with it again I had so much fun! I've had it for almost a year now and I love it! Its a great product and they're so much fun. So many kids get these and they cant put them down. I cant wait to get the v4!

When I got this toy I enjoyed it for a long time. Sometimes the picture that represents the activity looks like something that it is not. Be sure to check where you are going before you get on the train. You check by pressing the orange button while you are in, not at, the train station. Keep pressing the orange button until something that looks like a frame with a maze inside darkens. Then click the pink button to get a map. You will see letters in the middle of the map which also appear above the doors inside the train station.
