My son absolutely loves this game! He runs up to me every few minutes and asks me about different facts he learned, such as: "Mommy, did you know that glass can be recycled over and over again forever?!"
Our family recycles and while our son has gone along with it, he is now getting the "big picture." At the end of a game, it gives different facts about recycling and the environment. Some of the other facts include how long it takes for different objects to decompose in a land fill. Now it's my son asking ME what else we can recycle!
This game was well worth the money in my opinion!

I just bought the Leapster for my 5 y.o. daughter. I wanted something she could play with in the car that was educational. She took to it right away and has needed very little help from me. I bought 3 games-this one, Dora Wildlife Rescue, and Kindergarten. She begged me for this one, but it is very challenging. I tried myself to trace the letters and you have to get it right on. You can not stray from the line and you can not go too far or it has you do it again. It's very precise and frustrating even for me. Her favorite is the onboard games and Dora. She does keep trying though b/c it's Princess, it just doesn't hold her interest for very long. Wild Planet A Pirate's Life Treasure Hunter

We got this for our 6-year old daughter's pirate-themed birthday party. It is the perfect size for her to hold when she looks for treasure. We hid her presents all around and she used this Treasure Hunter to find them and bring them to the table for opening. Our other 3 children have used it many, many times since and it seems to be quite durable. We will be getting another one for my niece for her birthday! This is definitely a toy that won't get lost on our shelves. We love this!

The reviews of kiddie cameras are mixed, so I finally bought this for my just turned 4 year old daughter (for her birthday last week) with some trepidation. We've now had it for over 1 week, and its been a huge hit! I've never seen her take a toy with her everywhere and use it so often. So just from that perspective, its been a big success.

It takes small pictures (.3 of a megapixel), and takes a few secs to focus on an image (during which camera needs to be held still, a bit of a challenge for a toddler, but good discipline), but if you keep these 2 things in mind, the pictures aren't bad (certainly not as horrible as some reviewers imply). My Five year old son got the Leapster for Christmas and he loves it. He has a few games, and his favorites are "Kindergarten", "Cars" and "Go Diego Go". He plays with Kindergarten the most, and then Cars. I have not been dissapointed one bit with my purchase.

My son is entering 1st grade. We drove to the beach (3.5 hours) last week and he never put down this game! His dad and I were glad he was having fun and learning at the same time. GREAT GAME!

This is a great learning tool. My daughter loves "Mr. Pencil" and it keeps her attention for a good while. Unlike other educational games, the Leapster has been one that my daughter actually plays with. It is easy to use as well.

The chihuahua is great! If you don't have one, you better get one!!!It is wonderful! I just love the Webkinz chihuahua!!! It is cute, friendly playful,soft,and has a really adorable expression on its face. So, get the chihuahua today!
