My 16 month old loves the Backyardigans, so I had to get her this game. It is so cute! She loves it because she loves them so much. It has great educational games and even teaches sign language. However, the words it teaches in sign language are not useful at all. It teaches Sun, flower, pie, fish and goodbye. Honestly...when will those really come in handy. I see the connection in the game, but I would of liked if it taught her please and thank you...things you can actually use. However, since that is the only downfall I can't really give it less than 5 stars!
My daughter has 10 webkinz, but Blackie (her Black Bear) was the first! It's fun as a plushie and fun online. It's very cute online. If you get it, likely you'll love it! It's just so soft and furry!

My son was given the Clickstart keyboard for Christmas and loves it. The games that come with it are entertaining enough but he enjoys the Diego game as well. There are 6 games, 3 are very similar just different locations (rainforest, desert & antartica). My son is 4 and had a little trouble navigating his way around at first but after I sat with him for a little while he got the hang of it. There are 2 levels to each game so as he's gotten better he goes to the more challenging level. It has games that help him with numbers and shapes.

My whole family enjoys this simple vocabulary game. The set up is very similar to Zingo, except instead of the handle sliding forward and releasing two bingo chips, it releases two letters.
Players need to think of a word that begins with the first letter and ends with the second. We require 4 letters from our kids, and 5 or more adults. You can bend the rules even more for an early reader and allow them to call out 3 letter words. The first person to shout out their word takes the letters, and at the end of the game, the player with the most chips wins.
You may think that the adults always win, but that is not the case! My youngest has a photographic memory and he gives us all a run for our money. And adults can ... Read More:

We gave this to our almost-3-year-old son for Christmas and we have already had so much fun with it. He and all of his cousins have been taking turns singing duets and I am not even tired of hearing them. Most reviews I read were great, with the exception of quick battery burning, but we have had this thing going for 5 days strait for hours at a time, playing cd's and 2 microphones and it's still going on the batteries that it came with.... not even duracell. If you kids love music like ours do, it's worth the money. So far the only negative.... losing your voice from singing.
I got two of these...one in pink and one in blue. I have never been so disappointed in a product in my life. The buttons make a very soft sort of popping sound, not remotely like bubble wrap at all. Seriously, a Boggle bubble is 5 times louder than this toy. I thought surely they were both broken and I was just getting the mechanical sound of the button being pushed, until I finally got one of the "random surprise sounds"--a tiny, tinny, very quiet dog bark, I think. I can't believe that I wasted money on these things. A child would have more fun with an actual piece of bubble wrap.

I originally bought this for my 9 year old nephew. When it came in the mail it looked so small that I figured it was just a "cheesy" toy. I ended up giving it to my 3 year old son and he loves it as well as my 8 year old daughter. You can actually see in the dark, and they play with it constantly. A lesson learned, don't judge a book by it's cover. lol.
