This game is a blast to play with new people, but not something that you want spend an evening doing with your friend or spouse. One of the paddles seems to have quit working after a couple of weeks but that may be because the included batteries are getting bad.

VTech Dora the Explorer TV Phone

We received this as a gift for my daughter when she turned 3. It turned out that my 8 year old boy loves this toy just as much. The connection is easy and it took us less than 5 minutes to take out the toy, put in batteries and connect to our TV and started to play. The games are very educational with teaching very basics like colors, numbers, memory, counting, hearing, etc. The best part of it is that this can be a play-alone unit that doesn't need to be connected to TV, so kids can bring along in the car for road trips or play without a TV and still have lots of fun without TV. VTech has done a great job again, we would highly recommend it and will continue to buy more toys made by this company.

Vtech - Explore & Learn Helicopter

My 15 month old really enjoys this toy. The only thing to be careful about is the cord...when she was younger it would occasionaly wrap around her so we only let her play with it when we were in the room. She learned quickly to put the balls through the helicopter blades and enjoys the different sounds and has fun pressing the buttons.

20Q Challenge

I love the 20q game.....so when i saw this i had to get it.......1st off...the thing looks pretty cool...2nd.....this version seems more advanced & updated, as it has asked new questions....such as......"is it an esoteric concept?"....maybe it's data base has been expanded....this is a great game for friends & family as it forces you to think....which is a good thing....the floating info display is pretty neat & easy to read....but you know what would really make this game awesome?.....a remote.....& a synthisized voice that asks the questions.....now that would rock!....anyways.....as the game is....it is very fun.....& i recommend it to all, as the experience of having it guess correctly when it seems there is no way it ... I bought this toy for my fiancee because he likes to hunt and thought it would be fun to play. The gun would not properly calibrate and through the hunting expeditions we would walk for 20 miles at a time and never see anything. This was a waste of time and money, now I have to pay shipping to send it back.

Vtech - V.Smile - Thomas the Tank: Engines Working Together

For some reason my son loves to play this game. He is not a big Thomas fan, but likes this anyway. I have a problem with it because he has trouble making the turns on the tracks and always hands the joystick over to me so half of the game is actually played by me. I also have trouble making the sharp turns because it is tricky and I have to back up several times to try it again. It can get frustrating and annoying. I would give it 1 star, but gave it more because although I think it is the worst of the V-Smile games (and we have about 10 of them), my son still loves it.

She seems to absolutely love this cartridge. She received for her birthday on 10/21, and has not used any other cartridge since! we have to kick her out of the bathroom because she brings it in there with her also!!!! As for the educational value I couldn't answer, but it has held her attention.

I think this toy is very cool. If you want to be a spy this bad you have found the jackpot. But just becareful their are parts of the spy pen that could get lost. So, if you want to be a spy.....BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
