The chair breaks when Barbie sits on it. The Barbie I wouldn't expect to be a higher quality Barbie but even that feels cheap (i.e. hair and filmy plastic) plus her clothes make her look a little cheap. Who cooks like that? Aside from that...my daughter loves it. Just a mom's thoughts... |

Barbie Chic Shoe Store Playset (2001)Childrens Toy Shop > Toys > Fashion Doll Playsets from: Mattel The quality of the shoes and handbags are not on par with those that come with a regular Barbie doll. The shoe display case is cute (and the chair that comes with the set is quite fasionable) but the center shelves are completely unusable -- they are at such a slant that any tiny movement will set the shoes tumbling down. We lay the case flat and put it in the drawer to store Barbie accessories - quite handy but definitely not as designed. |
