I wish I'd read the other reviews before buying this. There are two before mine that hit the nail on the head; the Voice is ALL WRONG for this toy. What should have been a cute little toy is kind of creepy because the pigeon's vocal talent is an adult male, the volume is low, and the sound quality is poor. As a stuffed animal, it's fine. As a talking toy, it does not live up to expectations due to the character of the voice and the fact that it repeats only one phrase.

Tobi-Chan is soo cute! It just made my day when I got to rip open the package and glomp him. X3 *so happy* He's sitting happily with my Zetsu-San plushie right nearby. :3
But yes, he was in great condition. No problems. And he arrived sooner than the site predicted, and right on the day I hoped for. Heheh.. It only took two days! ^^d
