Product was bought for grandson who is 2-1/2 years old. He's starting to try to climb out of his crib and because the floor is tile over a concrete slab, we were worried about him getting hurt when he finally achieves his goal of getting out of the bed. Now with this wonderful spongey floor puzzle, our worries are somewhat alleviated plus the puzzle is colorful and brightens his room as well. In addition, he can learn from the alphabet and numbers displayed thereon!

Infantino Alphabet Puzzle

My daughter loves this puzzle! I would say if your kid is smart, he or she will be able to piece it together without help before they are 2 1/2 yrs old. I love it because it occupies her for about 15 minutes while I make dinner or do something else. The box has a diagram of the the train, so the kid can look at it to figure out what comes next. No matter how smart your kid is though, the puzzle is not pee-proof. I have to buy another one since the "accident". Highly recommended for puzzle-loving kids.

All of the floor puzzles by Crocodile Creek are amazing! Especially as a first puzzle for young children (the different animal sections on different colored backgrounds makes it easier for small children to figure out how to put the pieces together). Plus, the carrying case makes for cute and easy cleanup and storage. I have 5 Crocodile Creek puzzles and my 3 y/o loves every one of them.

Bought for my 5 year old son who loves puzzles. He loves it! He enjoys making his own patterns more than following those in the book. His 8 year old sister and 3 year old brother also enjoy working with it. I found this at a local teacher store but had researched it online before buying. The work board is fairly thin but, the pieces are heavy plastic and quite durable. It is a joy to have a game that requires concentration and no batteries!

This Puzzle is awesome. My kid, which is 2 and a half years old enjoys to play with it every night before going to sleep. No need to say that it is very durable toy and it outstands the abuse! Also, the carrying case is great to teach him how to store his toys. We bought it at FAO Schwartz in NYC, so I was surprised to find it here. Great!

I bought the Sea Animals and the Horses "floor puzzles" to give as gifts and they were instant successes. These days, kids no longer get this kind of toys, so they are always curious about them. The fact that there are so many different themes makes them all the more attractive. I highly recommend them!
