My four year old received this for his birthday and loves to run and try to catch the butterflies. My 19 mo. old likes to act like he's catching them, too! I would suggest this for some easy entertainment. :)

We just got this great game and my kids love it. They opened it, got the batteries in and were playing within minutes. I could hear them outside laughing and screaming. After about 15 minutes my oldest son (11) came in, covered with sweat, and said, "This is by far the best gift we have gotten!" I loved that they could figure it out themselves and that it was keeping them moving. It was a real workout! Great for my middle son, 9, who likes to play on the computer a bit too much. He was running around and laughing like crazy too. The boys even included their 5 y/o sister who had a blast. This is a game I played as a kid and really enjoyed it, so I've passed it on. It's a bit of a mess at first and cleanup can be tricky but overall it's a great game for kids.

I'm pretty happy with what I got. It was a pleasant surprise to get a really nice looking matched set of 7 dice, separated within the bag.

My dice breakdown was pretty good, I seemed luckier than some of the other people. Including the matched set of 7, I got
D20 - 21

D10 - 27
Percentile - 5
D8 - 5
D6 - 19 + 1 giant + 24 mini
D4 - 8
Total - 103 + 1 giant + 24 mini (128)

None with defects beyond messed paint jobs, so thoroughly acceptable.

Blink Game

What I love about this game is that it offers so many possibilities for a child to play/win that it is possible for an adult to actually play instead of hold back when playing against a child. Really a fun game and a great value (with no batteries!!)

Horrible quality, great concept. My daughter loved the idea of this journal when she got it. It worked for about two weeks before malfuncting. i patiently read the directions for troubleshooting tips to no avail. it never worked again--my daughter was crushed when we had to return it. we opted not to try again with another one due to the numerous negative reviews for similar problems. examples of problems: stops recognizing your voice and won't open. starts to repeat commands when you've already followed its directions etc... (annoying and what a shame)

Pressman Guess That Pokeman Game

My 6 year old son is a HUGE Pokemon fan and loves the game "Guess Who". So when we saw this, we def had to purchase it. He loves it! It is a little more challenging than Guess Who, epecially for a child you can't read but after a few games my son was able to figure it out.

I bought this game for my son, Zachary (7), when he was in kindergarten because he was having trouble telling the difference between nickels and quarters. Zachary, his sister Kaitlyn (8) and I still play it. One thing that I love about the game is that the rules are simple enough for the children to play together. But the biggest plus is that they are counting coins and quickly learn how to make change. My children LOVE when they land on the Banking space and are given the option of trading their coins in (ie. 2 dimes and a nickel for a quarter). Whomever has the most money at the end of the game wins (and it usually isn't me! ha ha ha). I'm actually here on Amazon today to buy another copy of the game for my niece and nephew. Disney Princess Dream Journey DVD Game

Overall I think this game is O.K. My 4 year-old daughters LOVE princesses & like this game. The only problem - the DVD does NOT shuffle, so we go thru the same questions over & over & over & over!! The 4-year-old attention span, or really the amount of time it takes for one of them to win - having the SAME questions - really does not make for an exciting game. We have several other SceneIt games, and NONE of them have a shuffle issue. It says on the box that the DVD may not shuffle with all DVD players - I really wonder if it shuffles at all, and it is a design flaw. Again, we have several other SceneIt games & this has never been a problem before.
