Phase 10 Deluxe Card Game in Tin

I was first introduced to this game while on holiday in America.
It was then given to me as a Christmas present and the whole family has not stopped having fun with it.
I have spread the Phase 10 word and there are now many houses around Ireland enjoying the game too!

I think this game is really cool.
My favorite is the Mustang escape it is very fun trying to get the biggest herd and making it the Green River Valley.

I like Rancher's Round up too but to me is not as much fun but it is still fun and really cool thinking you are the only one in the world that can ride the horse you are on.

I haven't played the Rancher's Revenge yet because it seems too much like Rancher's Roundup, but I will play it soon.


I also think it is really cool that you can play by yourself, overall this is a Great game

Finally! They release a set of dungeon tiles based in an urban type setting. This set has been needed since the beginning and they almost hit it perfect. The only issue I have with the tiles is that Ill have to end up buying another set in order to get full use out of the rooftops section and this isn't a real complaint as they did the best they could with the space given. Now where's the desert and the cold environment sets.

I bought this game for my boy/girl twins 3rd birthday and they LOVE it..they want to play it all the time. I like that it teaches them to take turns and the "playing a game" concept. They will even play it by themselves...but it's more fun to play with them!! This toy got an A+ in my book.

Say Anything comes packed with a ton of random questions that players select to read to their friends. After eveyone writes down an opinion on their little wipeboard, the reader secretly decides the answer they like best. Everyone then bets on the answer(s) they think the reader will select. Once the reader's choice is revealed, points are scored.

This game plays a lot like Apples to Apples but is better on a few counts.

ThinkFun Rush Hour 2

I purchased this for my eight-year old neighbor. He went through the cards so quickly that I upgraded him to this Rush Hour 2 pack. It comes with a red car, like the adult version so I told him he was promoted. He was only able to get through the first card so it is definitely more challenging for him. His father plays with him so they are spending some good quality time together. He loves his Rush Hour and can easily transport it with him in the little carry bag. I highly recommend this to anyone aquainted with any child who likes puzzles or a challenge.

Stare! Junior Game - 2nd Edition

I bought this for my 6 yr old granddaughter. Well, we've had more fun staring at the cards and trying to remember if the dog was looking at the boy or the bone, etc. She liked working the 30 second hourglass timer, too. It's good for memory for kids and adults and it is a quick game. My granddaughter also could read most of the cards on the back for the questions... though she'd ask a word now and then. I like the cards, too, old cartoons and Norman Rockwell paintings. I find I'm noticing things more after playing the game off and on for a few days. Enough cards and questions that it won't get "old" soon.

Spinner Dominoes in Tin Package

Spinners is a great game for a group. It is better than Mexican Train dominoes because you need less room on the table to play it and you can rotate people among tables as you are playing. Older kids and adults will enjoy it. Participants can carry on a conversation and play at the same time so it makes for a great mingling tool. While it is not too intense for conversation, it does encourage thought and strategy while playing--a winning combination!

This is one of my families all time favorite games! It is compact and only takes up a little space to play it. I have played with my 70 something parents and my twenty something daughter at the same time and we all "get it "and have a wonderful time. This game is a great equalizer. Just when you think you are going to win the game changes due to a rule change or an action by a player. The randomness allows anyone to win which increases the fun for all. If you want a good gift for someone close to you or not, this is the one. Cheap and Fun!
