It has only 40% similarity with the figure in the cartoon. I still remember 15 years ago, the Astrotrain toy is better made than this.

As much as I loved the character Rattrap, his transformation does not do him justice. Perhaps it's just me - and it could be - but I like it when things on the alternate mode directly turn into body parts of the robot: doors into arms, wheels into cannons, mouths into feet (Tarantulas), but Rattrap doesn't really have much of that. The rat's head splits to make shoulderpads, but other than that the rat stays the same. It's almost as if it stood up on its hind legs. All of Rattrap's arms, legs, torso, and head, are all hidden underneath the rat instead of being a part of the rat itself, and as someone who loves innovative and creative transformations, this is not one of them. Don Figueroa is one of the BEST Transformers Artist out there today. His War Within redesign and reimagining of the characters from the 80's cartoons just BLEW me away. This is a collection of some of his best work ever done on them. Larger than they first appeared in print, it also comes along with a special sketch drawing autographed (at least the version I purchased) by Don himself. Be sure to pick this book up. Especially if you were a Transformers fan. If you're ever introduced to a Transformer's artist. Don Figueroa is the One to start with. I only wish that they would have made it thicker, with lots of his sketch ideas and left out Beast War art that he had done.

Star Wars - The Saga Collection - Basic Figure - R5-D4

This is only the third R5-D4 3 3/4 figure made. The original vintage figure was a fan favorite, the 1995 POTF 2 was a big disappointment, while this one is much better. It's based on an earlier R2-D2 figure mold, with one of the panels glued in place. The "bad motivator" works great on this dome. The third leg is a separate piece, and unfortunately, this figure isn't based on the R2 mold where the leg can retract. The panels on the back should be painted red, and this is a detail forgotten by Hasbro. Otherwise, it's a welcome remake of a fan favorite.

I have been getting SW figures for my son and he loves them. I saw the chance for a remote controlled R2D2 and it is definatly the best. Same size as the figures, with lights and sounds, moves on its own by remote. It's hard to find. I got his from Japan. Why wouldnt they release it here? Lucas make enough $$$. Anyway this is a good add to any toy shelf but look for the remote R2D2 to complete the collection.

This is the best looking Prime since the original way back in '84'(G1). He looks like he means business and if you think he needs a little some thing else then he can combine with either Leobreaker to form Savage Claw mode or Wing Saber to form Sonic Wing mode. Both of which make him look like he could take on Unicon on his own! This is a definate collectable and if you can get your hands on one it would make your collection. [...]

so this is the robot buzz lightyear. it was on sale at the disney store, so i bought it for my son. first, he was disappointed because he does not talk. he came with a little martian that he is supposed to communicate with, but its more of just a beeping noise than an communication. he does do a little dance that looks like the moonwalk, but he falls over a lot, and his helmet keeps coming off. the little martian has a roller for feet, and the rollers keep popping out. they're already lost, and he opened it yesterday. if you dont have hardwood floors, or very smooth flat floors, he wont work well, sorry carpet owners. the kick action, i dont know what it is, he doesnt kick, he just rolls on his rollers on the bottom of the feet. no wings, no buttons work ...
