My kids love this thing. Particularly my 3 year old son who is an aspiring rock star. His sister, for whom it was purchased, only uses it occasionally.

I HATE this thing. It is the most annoying sounding toy to have ever been in our house. It's grating, loud, repetative, etc. It makes me want to poke out my ear drums. When the kids are using it my husband and I make faces of agony, illness, and death across the room at each other. It is truly that annoying.

The guitar has handled quite a few drops so it's not as though the quality is terrible. However, I kind of wish it would suffer a fatal blow so that we can get rid of it. We do everything we can to keep it out of sight and out of mind. The headset is worthless ... Read More:

Wow! I never knew it wouldn't mach the picture, it is still good though. I took off the handle and am thinking of attaching a chain around the ring. I received the batteries on the 20th, and it works!!! It has a bright light. It turns from yellow to a nice golden rod color. I put it far on my desktop, so it can't fall. Just, WOW.

I Can Play Guitar Rock 101

I bought the I can Play Guitar for my nephew for Christmas. He mastered the included songs with in days, so for his birthday in January I sent the I Can Play Guitar Rock 101. He fell in love with the guitar all over again and has been playing non stop.
My brother (his dad) said that the songs are a bit harder than the original which is great because at his age (nine), he really needs a challenge to stay engaged.

Our children (ages 1, 3, & 5 years) were given this kitchen as a gift from grandma and grandpa at Christmas (2007). It arrived a few days before the grandparents arrived from out of town so we ended up assembling it on Christmas Eve. That was were the "fun" began. It became obvious upon initial examination that the main pieces were not going to fit together (we fortunately checked this first). They appeared to be "heat warped" according to grandpa. Everything went back into the box and back into hiding leaving behind a VERY disappointed grandma who was looking forward to seeing the grandkids play with it.

This toy is fun, made of wood and non-toxic. These are very important criteria for toys these days. It is so much nicer than an electronic noise maker. My granddaughter (15 months) loves it and it will probably last to be passed on to sisters or brothers. I am very satisfied.
