This is the best mental training book that I have ever found. In 1985 I was on the National Team for my sport, but I was not up to par for the other aspects of my sport. I found "The Mental Athlete" and it totally changed my athletic life. The book teaches you how to visualize, do relaxation exercise, run mental training programs, etc. Even though it is not specific to my sport, you can incorporate the techniques into any sport. It is an amazing book. It is not a boring, hard to understand technical book, it is written very well. This book took me from a good athlete to a National Champion (many times over). This book is worth it's weight in gold.

I read the 1st version of this book in 1990 and I not only continue to use the skills in athletics but in day to day life events as well. The mental training and stress reduction techniques not only improved my performance but changed my life! I used the skills to transform my tension and improve my concentration and focus. Having a solid foundation of these mental skills can help athletes at all levels as evidenced by some of the comments by the Olympic competitors in the China Olympics.
This book and other editions of it adorn my bookshelf and are commonly referred to.
I have many books on the subject and this is by far the best.

Purchased for 6-year-old....great product for the money. She loves it. Took a few 'trial and errors' to figure out how to collapse it for storage, but now it folds up perfectly and tucks into its case. Very happy with this item.

Derek Jeter Hurricane Batting Trainer

My son lives for baseball and needs to improve his hitting skills. He's 12 and has a real passion for the sport. We purchased the Hurricane trainer and it did work, that is until the power cords snapped after about a month. Granted, my son hit it about 150-200 times a day in that month, but still for the money, we thought it would get him through at least one season. Where and how can I get more cords??

I gave this to my 8 year old grandson for his birthday and his folks said he really liked it. I haven't seen it used, because we don't live close to them, so I can't give a first-hand review of the product.

I bought this for my 2 year old nephew and he LOVES it! He crawls in and out and down the tunnel. It's great for him. He makes us crawl in with him and down the tunnel (if we can!). Excellent item!

I read the poor reviews, but decided to buy anyway since it was not that expensive. My kids (4, 2 and 6mo) love this product and it is holding up fine after almost 2 months of use. My kids are pretty rough with it as well... they drag it all over the basement, flip it over to use as a cave, jump on it when it is flipped over, etc. A little air has come out of it, but I haven't had to fill it up at all yet. We use it more as a ball pit, rather than a jumper. Although the kids do jump in it. I think this is great as a ball pit, since there is enough room in the bottom of it so that the balls don't just roll out. (We have 200 balls in there, but it could use/hold 100-200 more)
Overall, very happy with it and would recommend.

My son plays with this for hours. It was easy to set up, and seems to be very stable. We haven't had it for very long, and put it in the shed when he's not using it, so I can't attest to overall durability. But, I do know we had one of the cheaper ones that didn't perform even close to as well as this one....no contest.

Would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
