Muppet Family Christmasstarring: Jim Henson, Frank Oz, Dave Goelz, Richard Hunt, Jerry Nelson directed by: Eric Till, Peter Harris October 06, 1995 This is one of the best, if not the best videos that the late, great Jim Henson produced prior to his untimely death. I resell a lot of the children's videos that I purchase on line, at private sales and from my own distributors, and this one literally flys off my auction site as soon as I list one. This is an out of print video, so its not very easy to find copies of same.Of course, as with most of Henson's videos, violence is not present, the majority of his videos are all feel good ones and they are absolutely great for the young children. |

Sesame Street - 123 Count With Mestarring: Caroll Spinney, Kevin Clash, Steve Whitmire, Frank Oz, Jim Henson directed by: Emily Squires July 08, 1997 The dvd arrived last week,for my 8 month old granddaughter. I decided on this dvd after reading the 5 star reveiws. I'm happy with the choice.It's educational,fun and entertaining. My granddaughter stops to look and listen when she hears several songs,rock around the clock,elmo singing #5 song and the crows singing.I'm sure as she gets older this be one of her favorite dvds.I usually play it twice back to back because I enjoy her smiles when she reacts to the songs. I HIGH RECOMMEND THIS DVD. I'm going to purchase another one so she will have one at her home. |

Elmo Saves Christmasstarring: Charles Durning, Harvey Fierstein, Caroll Spinney, Carlo Alban, Maya Angelou directed by: Emily Squires September 03, 1996 If the thought of watching Elmo makes you cringe, you will be relieved to know that he is much quieter and lovable in this film. His regular show on Seasame street is not my cup of tea but there is no piano playing and minimal elmo laughs in this one. I watched it several times and enjoyed it. Of course my 2 year old son just loved it too. |

CinderElmostarring: Keri Russell, Kathy Najimy, Caroll Spinney, French Stewart, Oliver Platt directed by: Bruce Leddy February 29, 2000 This is a nice blending of humans with the Sesame Street characters with Keri Russell as the princess and French Stewart acting as Cinderelmo's footman. It lasts about 50 minutes and has some nice songs to delight the children. Our 3-year-old grandchild loves Elmo and enjoyed this little romp. |
