THE UNINVITED is a true classic, one of the best haunted house stories that I have ever seen. Filmed in black and white in 1944, the film relies on the play of light and shadow, an eerie underscore, and suggestion and innuendo to scare the audience. There is no blood, no gore, no grizzly monster, and none are needed. With a talented cast and an excellent plot, this movie sends shivers up your spine, makes hairs stand up on the back of your neck, and has you jumping out of your seat at the slightest provocation. Hello to all Elvis Fans. I purchased this VHS and reviewed it i must say it was everything i thought it would be. I am so glad that i have this even though it's on VHS it is a great video and lots of great performances by Elvis. If you don't have this by all means get it before it goes away for good. I don't think this will ever be on DVD and if it is it may not be the same quality as it is on the VHS. Every Elvis collector should have this in your collection. To see all the cities and the excited fans waiting to see him in concert and for a time you forget that this is a video you are watching because you get caught up in the excitement of Elvis going on stage and 2001 Space Odessy is playing and you know he is about to appear. We first borrowed this from a friend and I am now ordering a copy for ourselves. My 4-yr old son love it! This is the best tool yet to improve his number skills. It is fun yet simple, and he never gets bored watching it. Even my 6-yr old son enjoys it.

I highly recommend this DVD. It is worth every cent!

I remember seeing this movie when it originally came out in the cinemas - and I came out with a smile on my face. Its one of those silly but really enjoyable teen movies that were so popular in the 1980s (eg Ferris Buller's Day off or Real Genius) that aren't made any more.

This is still I think the best Bond parody movie I've seen - given how much else that has come out on DVD over the years I'm still amazed that this isn't available anywhere in the DVD format. If you run across an old tape (and still have a VHS player) its worth popping this in it for a watch. Don't take this serious and you'll enjoy yourself and if you've sat through a lot of genuine James Bond movies over the years then you'll probably really appreciate the riffs in this movie better - and ... I can't believe that this has gotten bad reviews!!! The only two things you really need to be scared of when buying this VHS tape is that there might be tracking problems (but there weren't any), and that VHS is now uh, extinct (not that I mind) A very good cartoon. It used to be a part of Fancy Fun and Free, but I thought that this by itself would be better (and it was). It is narrated by Ludwig Von Drake and he appears with his cute little cricket, Herman three times in the "movie". This great Mickey Mouse cartoon is very funny, entertaining, and well animated. One awsome thing about Mickey and the Beanstalk was Mickey was voiced by Walt Disney himself! It also has some veeeeery catchy songs. I keep finding my self quietly singing some of those songs!

My mother gave me this video for my 24th bday. I told her I wanted an aerobics video, and this what she picked out, not knowing what is best on the market. This is one of the best gifts I ever received. I am now 41. I still have it and still do it almost every other day. I mix it with the Standing Legs DVD (I highly recommend the box set: Standing Legs/Upper body and Tough Tape 2/5 Day Abs) or Sandahl Bergman's Vol III Video that I picked up years after receiving Vol II. At 41, I am 5' 9" and 125 pounds, thinner than I ever was in high school. I have muscles and guys have actually approached me and squeezed my biceps while standing at a bar with a drink. I'm no Gloria Steinem but as a woman I found this way to "men hating" and all that. To me, it made women look horrible and really stuck to the bad stereotype of women. Blah! Bad accents don't help either.
