Sleeping Beauty is a great Disney movie. Even though I have all of the Disney Platinum Edition DVDs, I'm not planning on buying this because I already have the 2003 DVD Special Edition release. I will add my Special Edition DVD to my Platinum Edition collection.

I LOVE this video and need to do it more often! My problem now is I have 2 little boys and when I get on the floor to do it, they want to get on top of me. BUT, if you don't have that problem this is for you. It has different levels of excercises, so there is something for the "new ab excerciser" and those with strong abs already.
If your just getting started, workout 1 is the easiest and best for you, but don't be surprised if you can't get through the whole 10 minutes- it's hard, but you will see a significant increase in how much you can do within a week.
She is great about reminding you to keep your lower back on the floor and doing the excercises correctly.

I enjoyed Dogman very much.The acting was in most if not all done very well.I think this movie was shot on location,whitch makes for a better movieThis is a 21 century cowboy movie that takes you back to an earlier time.
I am a old cowboy living where the modern day cowboys lives today.This movie is great.I think it has something for everyone.Enjoy...Bob

"Lady and the Tramp" is my favorite Disney movie. Who can forget the romantic scene as our hero and heroin share spagetti and they meet nearly nose to nose on a single strand while serenaded ...'a beautiful night'. This film showcases great characterization, voices, sound and imagery. It's comical and thrilling with the feel good happy ending. I bought this for myself.

Howard the Duck must be one of the best movies I ever saw while I was growing up. When I found out how horrible the movie did box-office wise, I thought, Okay, what went wrong? The movie takes home 4 razzies including worst picture of 1986 and George Lucas disowns the picture afterwards. Pixar Animation was founded because of this movie. That should account for something (check out IMDB.com for that). As for the DVD, on dvdverdict.com somebody interviewed director Willard Huyck and writer Gloria Katz and they were surprised when the movie wasn't available on DVD yet. Willard said they may have to talk to George Lucas to get the movie available on Region 1. If Universal ever puts it out on DVD I hope that Howard the Duck gets the special edition treatment it deserves ... Read More:

I admit I was skeptical of a product that promised results with seemingly so little effort and the first time around when I tried it, I didn't see much results beyond feeling a little stronger. But then my husband and I tried it together along with a cardio program (20 min. a day) and I lost an inch and half in a matter of less than two months. It is not magic, but it works if you do it properly and do cardio on the side to burn fat. I have had chronic back problems and this has helped a lot with strengthening my abs and my back. Worth every bit of effort and time and then some.

So If you are looking for a well acted movie and in depth story you are looking at the wrong film. If you are looking for the best movie about the world of gymnastics....this is the best film I've ever seen to date. Mitch Gaylord did win the gold medal in the 1984 Olympics for gymnastics, that is the main reason the gymnastics scenes are so great, along with the other gymnasts in the film. The soundtrack rocks of 80's tunes that stick to the feel of the film, like Footloose, Top Gun, St Elmo's Fire, Breakfast Club, and the way most of the soundtracks of the 80's stick with the feel of the films they represent. Early on in Walt Disney's career, he had wanted to tell the story of Alice in Wonderland. As early as 1923 he had begun a series of short films, which featured a young girl in the role of Alice and integrated her live-action performance with animation.
