Madden has always been and will always be the state of the art football video game. No other football video game even comes close to the playbook, graphics, or playability. The playbook is intense for both offense and defense. It is easy to audible, but difficult to be successful at anything that would not be a success in "real" NFL football. That's what I love about Madden Football! If you run a play that would not have a high success rate in an actual NFL game, chances are you will not have success with it in Madden either. That makes this game as realistic as you can get! Also, if you want a collector's item, this is your chance. Note Brett Favre the Jet still in a Packer uniform!

First of all, I own both an Xbox and the newer 360. I bought Madden 08 initially for the 360 and absolutely hated it. My son likes it though, but then again he always preferred Blitz and other arcade-style football titles over the more realistic ones like Madden or Sega's series. That, by the way, perfectly describes Madden 08 on the PS3 and 360---too much like an arcade game.

Since last year's game, there are only minor improvements in Madden 08 for the Xbox and PS2. Obviously, there are some roster updates and purists will find that reason enough in itself to spend for 08.

I received the game very quickly and it was as it said new. It worked perfectly and i'm havin alot of fun playin with my favorite team. I recommend buying from this seller and i will also do so in the future.

The program is nice and graphics are good except the golf ball is too big. The extensive ability to customize your player is a bit long and over done. The game play is easy and the putting is way too easy, you almost have to try to miss to screw up a put. I rate this program *** out of 5 for that reason. I have another golf program called Links for the Xbox that I like better. It plays much more like real golf and is much more of a challenge so I rate it **** and believe me putting with that program takes some skill. Others have rated Tiger Woods programs with disappointment because they say there aren't that much difference between some of them but since this is the only version I have, I can't respond to that comment and can't down rate the program ... 1st of all im going 2 start by saying the presentation on this game is unbelievable!!!!!!!!!! From the Chris Berman's halftime show to his postgame show, its all unbelievable. Another thing I like about this game is that it feels full unlike madden tha gives u the "something's missing" feeling. Its gang tackling animations are also really good. Great Game, Five stars

My wife purchased the game for my son and I and after playing this game for about two months it began freezing up during plays. We thought it was just the actual game that we got but after reading some of the reviews we see maybe it's just that version.

Another small iteration over a game you played in 2001. EA is resting on their laurels. Is it a good game? Yes, I suppose so, but compared to other genres, NCAA and Madden are dragging their heels. I suppose it has to do with exclusivity deals that EA struck with the NFL, and since that technology undoubtedly trickles down to the NCAA game, you get mediocrity all around.

A little competition would help.

This is the funnest Work Out video I've ever done. The initial set up is soooo neat! You go through your vitals and then do a regime of exercises and go through your vitals again and then she designs a workout program to fit your goals. She even suggests what she thinks you should focus on, but you can still chose whatever you want. As you go through the program, you have several different selections that become upgraded as you progress through her workout on a daily basis. She also checks you again after your 1st couple of weeks and takes you through the Vitals and Stamina Regime to see how your improving. Another neat aspect is the chart that you can go and look at to see a progress chart of your improvment.
