This is the first Mario Party for Nintendo GameCube. This is the seventh best selling game on all of GameCube. This is very different from 5,6,7 the other GameCube Mario Party games. It does not have capsules / orbs. It has items technique to Mario Party 3. This is the only Mario Party on GameCube where you can be Donkey Kong. The plot was the gang gets invited to a party hosted by Toad, Goomba, Koop, Shy Guy, Boo ( which each have their own course ). This is the only with an exrta game room. This is the last Mario Party game to not have solo mode. Old School, but still fun. Have the Wii and wanted to try this before buying the 50 dollar Wii version. Definitely going to get the new one now!

Mario Party 5

This game is kinda horrible. And some of the mini games are not as fun as they should be. And in some of the games, you've just got to keep tapping the A button. So anyway, I just use my right index finger to tap that silly button. But in party mode, they don't even show that many battle games. The characters don't run that fast.

Sonic Gems Collection

This game collection of Sonic is not that fun. It's full of old games with very poor graphics and sound. I bought this game for my kids and they don't enjoy it very much (they almost never play with it). If you really love Sonic, then there are other games better than this. Don't lose money and time with this game.

pacman was too easy, i think i beat it within a month.(way, way, to short.) he only has 2 good powers and one other is a flip kick which is only usefull in sertain levels.(useless attack.)the levels were too easy, boring, weird, hard, wrong, dumb, and odd.spooky takes it too the max at the last level. it took me a couple of days and hundreds of lives just to return him under a freaken tree!(how lame, they could of atleased sent him to the center of the EARTH!) Here are my results:

Warioware Inc Mega Party Games

easily one of the most fun games on Gamecube. My and my friends played this all the time when I went over their house. There are so many different multiplayer modes, and none of them disapoint. If you've got 2+ people, this game is second only to Smash Bros. Melee in level of fun. real simple concept, but it's just so much fun, and can get really intense if you're trying to win. This is the best WarioWare out there. The others are good, but not as much fun as this. If you're thinking about getting Smooth Moves, DON'T. And get this instead, there's much more fun (and multiplayer options) to be had in Mega Party Game$!, and you'll save $30. (SM = $50, MPG = $20) (If for some reason you didn't know, Gamecube games play on Wii)

Tetris Worlds

I don't know what it is with all the lower reviews for Tetris Worlds but I had to write a review to speak up about this wonderful game. Yes, it is not the original Tetris. It was not meant to be a copy of the original game. What it is, though, is a fun and addictive game. You will find yourself losing track of time if you play this game. The graphics are nice and the sound is great, too. I found this game to be entertaining for an older gamer like myself. I am sure that young gamers will enjoy it, too. We need to stop comparing sequels to their predecessors and start appreciating games for their own value.

Pokemon Channel

This game lives up to its reputation for cuteness. I purchased it for both my son and me, both of us being big Pikachu fans (well, my son is into other Pokemon at least as much . . .). It is a simple game, but even though I'm older I still love "being with Pikachu," which seems the focus of it all anyway. As far as I know, this is the best way to have fun with Pikachu as a pretend friend. (I don't get why Nintendo doesn't come out with a new version of "Pokemon Yellow"?) Highly recommended for Pikachu fans.

Midway Arcade Treasures

Interesting what others are commenting about in the XBox and PS2 versions. One would think if a publisher ports something to all 3 platforms, they would work nearly identical. My rating is for the GameCube version only.
To review this set, it would heavily depend upon what games the user is familiar with and will actually play. For example, one reviewer was complaining about some old civil war strategy game, which I have absolutely no idea how to control. Another reviewed an arcade game which originally used a trackball or steering wheel. I tried that one out and it seems to work fine, and I can shoot the other cars diagonally in the other lane unlike what he mentioned.
