Although this game is a remake, it has the most remarkable new features. For example, now you can go to new areas, such as the Sevvi Islands and the battle tower. In the Sevvi Islands there are Jhoto pokémon, too, such as larvitar, mantine, and unknown. The battle tower is INCREDIBLE. This is by far the greatest place to go and fight a actual challenging battle(except for the Pokémon League). The catch for all this amazingness? The Pokémon League is screaming abuse of power. I mean, it is far tougher than the Red and Blue versions, and if you're not careful in raising your Pokémon, you might never even get past the first round(who in my opinion is the strongest of the other three and the champion)! This game is so deep that it is not humanly possible to explain every point to the game. Well, first, let's start off with the story.

It's 15 years after a reformation, and your going to an island to stop a rebellion/conflict. Simple, eh? Haha, no. This story is amazingly deep. In some cases I had trouble understanding what they were doing, since most "E" games are really easy to understand. It's actually like your character's in a war. Treason, battles, death, choices and decisions, and even a turn of events which can lead you against friends.

As for the gameplay, it's awesome. The only con about this is that the battles are LONG. Geh, if your guys aren't beefed up then it might take a while. Healing is a must. It is almost impossible ... Read More:

I bought this game for my daughters 7th birthday, she is now 8 and still loves this game. She is in love with the little mermaid and this game follows the movie to a T! Very easy to play!

I bo't this b'cuz I'm quite fond of SQUARE 4 the Final Fantasy series. I was sorely disappointed. While it started out great it dragged itself along. The two stories (Here/Heroine) were different, with the Heroine story being the most compelling. The game's about a world that was destroyed the wrongful use of Mana power by an evil tyrant Vandole who was subdued by a powerful Sword created by the Goddess. So now it seems the Vandole has been reincarnated intends to do it all again.
The sad thing thing is that there are too many characters that have nothing to do with the overall story (The Mavoles for example) - not to mention just too many characters - period. What was the purpose of the trip to the Ice Castle - just to kill the monster and unfreeze it's people. ... Read More:

This game was the reason i got the GameBoy Micro. I couldn't find it in Australian stores, so i bought it online. Its deceptively simple game play, based on buying munitions (from soldiers through to war planes) and attempting to defeat the enemy under in various way under various circumstances, allows for a surprising amount of engaging variation.

simply a brilliant game.

this is a fun little game by nintendo, very well put together. it's a pretty diverse game too, for the less-than-diverse game that is tennis. a lot of different matches to play, different modes / minigames, lots of different opponents to beat. it's a pretty easy game to beat, even a very mediocre gamer like myself is able to finish it in a few weeks.

what is not cool about this game is the extremely tedious and boring rpg, the endless annoying conversation between matches that you can not skip, but have to plow your way through. aaarghhhhhh it sucks! another minor point is that some of the power shots are almost impossible to see coming, let alone block, and can only be countered by using a defensive powershot. and why can opponents do curve shots all the time, but ...
