I recently got the Gameshark for my Playstation Two, placed it into my PS2 and started it up, nothing happened. I was furious, that is, until I took the disc back out, cleaned it, placed it back in and tried again. It too a couple of times, than started up, and everything worked fine. That is, until I turned it off and tried starting it up again. I had continious problems with this product.
I tried inputing cheats onto the Gameshark, but it doesn't work, the cheats cannot be highlighted and whenever I tried starting the game-up, it says that there are no cheats loaded. Brilliant game design and structure. A classic whose essence will never be entirely repeated or emulated. If you've never played it, get it and play through it without attempting to use any type of strategy guide or walk through.

Graphics - 6/10

Just as everyone else has mentioned, if you have an HDTV and a modded Xbox (for XBMC), this is a must have! If you have it, it's recommended by XBMC to only upconvert to 720p but you can also go to 1080i.

And like all the other reviews, these suckers are tough to get on! One reviewer said to get some oils/lubricant but I was too lazy to go to the store to get some so I decided to try it without it. All you have to do is twist and wiggle (just a little bit) and they go in pretty easily. Do NOT try to force them in as I tried that at first...and you can really screw something up if you decide to keep pushing.

Be sure to have the most current XBMC and set it to 720p (or 1080i if you'd like). Great product!

Replacement battery for Game Boy Advance SP

We bought a replacement battery for my son's gameboy and it works like new. It works perfect, and it was super cheap. I went all over town and no one had that type of battery. I went online and found it in two seconds. Extremely pleased, except for shipping. That was more than the cost of the battery!

MADCATZ 55627 16MB Memory Card

I had bought a MadCatz memory card a while ago for the GC, and after a while of use, the memory card erased all files I had stored and it completely stopped working, could not function at all.

And before that, I had a MC controller that broke internally after just 2 months of use.

Maybe I was unlucky, I thought to myself, until someone else told me their MadCatz product turned to junk quickly also.

FC Twin System plays NES and Super Nintendo games (Silver/Black)

Obviously I bought this system because it plays both NES and SNES games. It does that easily with a flip of a switch, so it functions as described.

One downside is that the NES slot is actually a little too wide for the games, so it fits incredibly loosely. This causes it to be super sensitive to any kind of movement during play. If you move the system slightly, whether on purpose or on accident (as was the case for me), the game freezes up and you get a blank screen. Since the remote control cords are pretty short, it's pretty easy to accidentally move the system just by sitting too far back from the screen. But since the control plugs are fit for any SNES product, that's easily fixed.

Banjo-Tooie

While this game introduces a lot more moves and mini games over the first game, I felt that the final battle in this game with Brunhilde was a lot easier to beat so I gave the other game slightly higher marks. This doesn't really diminish the fun in this game at all. You finally get to use the ice key and the special eggs from the first game however, the effect from these items is minimal and plays no part in helping you defeat the game.

Some of the mini-games get annoying with a lot of shooting type games. My favorite level is the mine because it takes the most thought to get all the keys in the level (you have to remember how miners tested for poison gas in a mine).

Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

OK...I'm a grown adult, but I love this game. It's basically a RPG/strategy game. Not really hard like a Final Fantasy, but tons of fun. Graphics are great, but the music does get repetitive after awhile.
