There are plenty of good reviews here do I don't want to rehash things. I do just want to point out that you can play this with a new character and not have problems. I finished Oblivion long ago and deleted the game from my hard disk, but thought I'd kept my save games. Ooops. I loaded Shivering Isles and couldn't find the saves, and was concerned that I'd have to spend hours leveling up before I could start the expansion pack. No worries. Just create a new character, wait for the quest to pop up, and jump on in as a Level 1. You can work the side quests while you build levels and get some nifty new armour and weapons. Hey so here's the deal: It sounds pretty awesome. But I found that the car thing isn't really all it's cracked up to be. I mean, sure it's cool to see a car in their driveway, Heck it's cool to have a driveway! But really, I don't end up using the cars that much, and beyond that it's the same as taking a taxi!
Turn ons and Turn offs are great, but they're in every expansion pack... The new clothes and hairstyles are awesome, so that I'm grateful for, and the new interactions are also cool! However, unless you're into the whole dating thing enough to want to always do it, Nightlife isn't all that. I enjoy it and appreciate some of the little things, but overall, only a four out of five.

WarCraft III Expansion: The Frozen Throne

I outgrow and get tired of games easily but Warcraft III Frozen Throne is the one game i still play since its original release. I can't tell you enough how fun this game is. I pretty much have all the good current games on current systems (PS3, 360, Wii) but i always come back to WC3. It's THAT good!

I love adventure games because they make you think and usually have great stories that you can follow along with. In the case with Sinking Island it has a great atmosphere based on a tropical island in the Indian Ocean.

There is a hurricane (cyclone) as they call them in this part of the world brewing nearby which adds to the atmosphere of the game but then comes the story that sinks right into shallow water from the start. I found that the story was strait forward in that you collect clues and question suspects on the island but there was no suspense to be found.

In recent games I have played for example New Life and Darkness Within there is a layer of suspense where you want to find out the next chapter in the story and can't stop ... Read More:

A great game! So fun! Although it does not work on my really nice gaming computer because it does not work with Nvidia Geforce 8800 graphic cards. But it works on my laptop just fine!

The expansion set for Diablo II is incredible! You've seen all the features I'm sure from above, so I'll save you a recap except to say that the graphics are much better due to higher resolution and on top of that the Automap can now be shrunk and moved to the corner of the screen, yay!
So in addition to mentioning the exciting brand new ACT V and the two new character classes, I'd say this expansion set is a MUST HAVE for Diablo II. In fact, if you haven't yet played Diablo II, I'd say, start out with the expanded edition (remember, you still have to buy the original Diablo II), and if you're playing the original version, UPGRADE!
