So in the new SingStar for PS3 the format is neat and crisp, except for the duet singing. In the PS2 format, the words are at the bottom, but in the PS3 version, the blue is at the top and the red is at the bottom. I think maybe bc I was so used to doing the format for the PS2 it trips me up in the new version. Either way, I don't like it. I hope(which probably won't happen) that in Vol 2 they change it back to the bottom of the screen but we will see. It also hides more of video view. Sigh.
The 2nd thing is the SingStar Store. Absolutely horrible. My husband and I went to the store and bought about 8 songs out of their maybe 50 song list. It was a horrible list of obscure songs that no one ever heard of. A lot of message boards ... Read More:

The graphics in this game are sick and great improved since the last few DBZ games. The combat is even better than before and has the ability to work for everyone. The downfall for me was that the game has only up to the Cell Saga and Broly, but does not continue to the Buu Saga and on. That made me depressed, but all in all the game is excellent and a good buy. Hopefully Part 2 will continue this game.
8.3 Presentation
8.9 GraphicsI went as far as that because the graphics have improved dramatically and for the better.
7.9 Sound Sound is great, especially for surround sound, but the repetitive sayings during battle can be quite irritating.
8.5 Gameplay Basic controls yet many can be ... Read More:

For fans of trading card games like Magic: The Gathering, The Eye of Judgment will prove to be a fun and challenging game.
The game is very well put together-from the innovative camera system which works nearly perfectly reading the cards and making the action come alive on-screen, to the challenging game itself with many strategic aspects from building a deck to deciding how to play your hand.
The only thing that may be considered lacking would be a story-mode or more encompassing single player game. But when it comes to trading card games, sometimes an exhausting story can get in the way of just wanting to play a duel. (Some may remember the old PC game of Magic: The Gathering which included a story mode. All the reviews at that ... Read More:

ANY songs you download with this game will be tied to the machine you downloaded them to. They cannot be redownloaded or repurchased on any other machine with the master account you used to purchased them. This is a SERIOUS problem for anyone who makes a significant investment into additional songs, especially if you ever have to replace your PS3.
There are multiple postings in the PSN newsgroups about this problem--wish I knew about it before making my purchase.
The game is tons of fun, but consider investing elsewhere if there is an alternative.

I bought the sequel to this game first and started playing it. After only a level or two I realized I wanted the first one in the series, and decided to stop "2" in order to play this one first.
It's very intense. I die a lot. But it's very realistic and after a while you are totally immersed in its kill-the-terrorists world. I especially find the arsenal of weapons to be incredibly detailed and authentic. Guns load and fire like the real thing. They kick. They spew cartridges and make a lot of noise. You can customize them, but you really need to think about what you're doing. Which sight is going to be the best for the situation you're about to enter? What kind of grenade should you carry? Of course in my case I usually have to die a few times ... Read More:

Folklore is a beautifully done title for the Playstation 3. Everything about it from the creatures, story, artwork, and music is painted wonderfully on its' wire frame canvas.
The controls are precise, and comfortable. It utilizes the six axis nicely, but is not over whelmed by it. The motion sensor complements your normal game play.
The setting is modern day London in a town where a rift exists that lets the living and the dead cross between each other's world's. Your character can cross over into the Netherworld, to accomplish tasks, meet people, and complete missions.
While they have no powers on their own you can 'capture' monsters called 'folks' and gain their powers. Each has a specific need that you can fulfill to level ... Read More:

This feels very sterdy and cushion is sufficiant. I'm 210 and don't feel like it has a problem handling my weight. This should compliment any one's Rock Band or Guitar Hero World Tour sessions.

Call of Duty has been a longstanding shooter franchise that I just got interested into. As soon as I got over the fact that I couldn't play co-op with my best friend, I was pleased with a very immersive single player experience, with about 15 hours of gameplay. The destructable environments and the many weapons at your disposal are nice. Here are my Good, Bad, and Ugly on this game.
The Good:
A long campaign
Versatile; tank missions, machine guns, anti-tank guns, you name it
Decent selection of allies and axis weapons
Destructible environments
Friendly AI is actually half-decent
good multiplayer
The Bad:
AI can be dumb in some missions
Bad weapon balance: Bolt actions are much better than automatic rifles. ... Read More:
