While it's no Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, Justice League Heroes does offer up the chance to play as the best that the DCU has to offer. The graphics are good as is the rock-em sock-em simplistic approach to gameplay. The only real downside is the lack of characters to choose from and the lack of a whole lot of wardrobe changes. All in all, though, a good game for anybody who likes Action/Adventure games.

First, let me say that Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords is an extremely fun and addicting game. It beautifully melds an RPG-style game with a challenging (yet not overly complicated) puzzle-type battle system. I'm an RPG fan (not so much turn-based) and my girlfriend loves shape/puzzle games (tetris, etc.).
We both had a great deal of fun with the game UNTIL the devastating bug. I'm not talking about the OTHER bug (roll eyes) that makes your companions useless. While frustrating, I could live without the companions.
No, I'm talking about the common bug (for the PSP) which prevents you from looking at your new spells. Yes, the PSP will crash if you try to look past spell number 6 or 7. Not a big deal? Well, if you can't scroll ... Read More:

This game takes a bit of time getting used to, but it can be quite fun. I am a fan of Tetris, but since it's not available on PSP, Lumines was the closest thing to it. I don't like the music the game tries to tout, but no big deal....
I commute to work by train everyday, an hour each way, and this game is a good time-killer.

I have Lumines Live for my Xbox 360, so when I saw how cheap the PS2 version was, I bought it for my female friend and she loves it, being a big Tetris fan. What makes this stand apart from the numerous Tetris clones out there is Mizuguchi's brilliant melding of music with motion. In some games, the music is an annoying distraction, but in Lumines it flows quite nicely to the visuals, actually helping you anticipate when to drop certain blocks for the biggest combo. Another great thing is the inherent learning curve, you begin by simply forming block combos, but as you progress you begin to form more complicated shapes, until you start to see patterns within patterns. Once you reach this point, you are in the zone. Levels go from being annoying obstacles ... Read More:

Sid Meier's Pirates captures all of the excitment of captaining a ship in the 1800 and 1900 centeries. During the game, you live the life of an upcoming pirate leader in the caribean. conquering and plundering enemy ships are just a miniscule sample of what you'll get to do throughout the course of Sid Meier's Pirates. You can siege towns, find buired treasure and move up the rankings of the top ten pirates on the seas. There are also many little stories or missions in this game but none of which are timed. Overall Sid Meier's Pirates is a fascinating, Fun and Injoyable game for many mouths on end. I strongly recomend Sid Meier's Pirates for the PSP.

I bought this UMD at the same time I bought my PSP, because I was really just waiting for Silent Hill 0rigins to come out and needed something to do with my new toy in the meantime. I wasn't sure what this whole thing was about, but knew it had comics and videos. The extras are pretty cool actually, and I didn't pay much for it so I'd say it was an okay waste of cash.
When you arrive at the music menu, you can choose among 20 different music tracks from the games. Interviews with Akira Yamaoka and Christophe Gans are also on the disc. While I usually appreciate Lovecraft references, Whateley from The Hunger comic reminded me too much of Julian Sands in Warlock for me to take the character seriously. Silly looking guy with long blonde hair in a trenchcoat ... Read More:
