This remote really works! I plugged in the adapter into the 4th hole and put a DVD disc into it and it works. Just make sure that the adapter is pushed in all the way, because I didn't at first and the Xbox would not play a DVD movie disc. This kit must be another way for Micorsoft to make more money, forcing people to buy this to watch standard DVD movie discs.
This is a must for Xbox owners.

First of all, I own both an Xbox and the newer 360. I bought Madden 08 initially for the 360 and absolutely hated it. My son likes it though, but then again he always preferred Blitz and other arcade-style football titles over the more realistic ones like Madden or Sega's series. That, by the way, perfectly describes Madden 08 on the PS3 and 360---too much like an arcade game.

Since last year's game, there are only minor improvements in Madden 08 for the Xbox and PS2. Obviously, there are some roster updates and purists will find that reason enough in itself to spend for 08.

Morrowind, want of the year edition. Make certain that you get this new or it may not end up being "the game of the year edition" if anything is missing from it. Mom's like me just read the label and assume "its all there", kids know better. The price used is the same with or without what its supposed to have, but without a warrenty and once youve left a good review of a probally equally clueless seller all you can do is leave a warning review. As for the game. Its still the want of the year of kids and adults.

The skinny on this game is that it rocks. The squad that you command has some pretty good A.I. and the enemy's A.I. may throw some surprises at you too. The range of enemies isn't the greatest, but you may find yourself surprised who (or what) you end up fighting. The range of weapons starts out as basic, but if you keep your eyes open, you can get your hands on some pretty devastating weapons. The gunfights range from what seems like child's play, all the way to "This Is Impossible!" fights. While there aren't any vehicles at your disposal, there are various types of turrets, capable of unleashing hell on enemies foolish enough to get within range. Jade Empire

The short version: The story line is really good with an unexpected plot twist... The fighting is real-time, not turn-based... slightly linear gameplay... This is a great game overall, especially if you're looking for something that you can re-play.

This was the first xbox game I ever played, a couple of years ago. (It was also the first game on any platform that I ever actually beat/finished.) Jade Empire was the beginning of my love for gaming.

I've read some of the other reviews, and I pretty much agree that the game does have some excessive load times (which I didn't really notice at the time, since I had never really played an xbox game before anyway and thought it was normal) but Jade Empire is engaging enough that it shouldn't ... After searching several websites, I found this guitar stand that will hold two guitars. It is very handy and keeps the guitars out of the way. Great accessory to have for any guitar hero console.

Just as everyone else has mentioned, if you have an HDTV and a modded Xbox (for XBMC), this is a must have! If you have it, it's recommended by XBMC to only upconvert to 720p but you can also go to 1080i.

And like all the other reviews, these suckers are tough to get on! One reviewer said to get some oils/lubricant but I was too lazy to go to the store to get some so I decided to try it without it. All you have to do is twist and wiggle (just a little bit) and they go in pretty easily. Do NOT try to force them in as I tried that at first...and you can really screw something up if you decide to keep pushing.

Be sure to have the most current XBMC and set it to 720p (or 1080i if you'd like). Great product!
